About the Role

Location: Graauw, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen

Hours: Fulltime

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: In line with responsibility and experience

 

 

As a production leader at Boerderij Friet, you ensure that everything runs as it should. From the arrival of the potatoes to the moment the fries are ready for transport. You keep an overview on the work floor, lead the team, and ensure that quality is never left to chance. You monitor the process, see where improvements can be made, and intervene when necessary. Not from the office, but right in the middle of production. This is where the work happens, and you are right there with them.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a production environment
  • Can lead without making it a show
  • Keeps an overview, even when the pace picks up
  • Takes responsibility for quality and planning
  • Has technical insight and understands processes
  • Communicates clearly and values short lines

You know that good production isn’t about working harder, but about organizing smarter. And you understand that consistent quality starts with structure on the work floor.
