We work on Zeeuws-Vlaamse clay soil that has been in use for generations. That means we not only harvest but also give back. We rotate crops, pay attention to soil structure, and consciously choose the Agria variety that thrives here. Those who live off the land know it must be handled with care.
Make the most of what is good
Not every potato has the perfect size for fries. That doesn’t mean it has no value. Where possible, we look for uses for batches that would otherwise go to waste. Since there are months of work involved before a potato comes out of the ground, we make sure it still serves a good purpose. Curious about the possibilities?
Fewer steps, less waste
We grow, process, and fry ourselves. This means there are few links between the land and the kitchen. Our fries are quickly cooled after pre-frying and have a shelf life of up to 17 days. This results in less waste in the kitchen and less frying loss compared to raw fries.
